Marvel gets a Functional superhero “Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff “appearing in comic books and published by marvel Comics. The character was first introduced as a Russian Spy,an antagonist of the superhero Iron Man. 

Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff  is a regular staple character of  Marvel’s superhero ensemble, she was appearing in The Avengers, Iron Man 2, The Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Captain America: Winter Soldier, and most recently in Captain America: Civil War and now she have her own standalone film.

During an interview, The president of marvel “Kevin Feige” has told that he will make a stand-alone  film for Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow. He Also Offered a list of Falcon and War Machine and Black Widow as heroes who could potentially strike out on theirown, Feige confirmed that the latter is where Marvel's priorities lie.
